Dieting is all about being in a caloric deficit. Treat yourself to some tastier food as long as it fits your macros. You don’t have to eat broccoli and bland grilled chicken 24/7 to see results

1/11/2020 :: I felt groggy all day. I took two different naps and could have used a third. I had nothing in me. I gathered enough steam to get in some Hammer Curls at home, but otherwise it was an impromptu Rest Day.
