UNITED WE STAND. LET’S DO THIS! Monday 5-25 UBWO done. Push for lifting heavier each set. By Set-5 I kept the DBs up in poundage, plus bumped up the Reps from usual 10 to 15 Reps on all 5 exercises for some Bonus work!
