EVERY SINGLE DAY YOU HAVE AN OPPORTUNITY TO BECOME BETTER. Here’s a 2-DAY update: We are out of town grand dog sitting. Nutrition choices have been 50-60% on track. Not doing too good on water intake tracking. Workouts have included daily solid consistency. -Friday update: Pumped out a 5-25 LBWO with the 8 and 20-pound dumbbells I brought with us on this road trip. -Saturday update: This morning 3 of us went to an hour Yoga class. This evening hubby and I went on a 40-minute bike ride. Average pace was 7.8 MPH.
