Yesterday was technically my rest day. But I rode thirty (30) miles on my bike for a GREAT cause. So here we are. Floating my rest day to today (Funday Sunday). And wide awake at my normal gym time. Good Morning Fit Fam, make it a FITNOMENAL day!
