Happy StrongSaturday!!! The thought for the day is don’t let the frustrations of life drive you to become bitter instead let them drive you to be better. Didn’t like working out at all no motivation, tired physically, mentally and pychologically after all most three straight years of working out every day (two weeks to go). Discipline, drive and determination always gets me through those days in every aspect of life. It’s what separates the men from the boys. The workout today was 30 minutes of land mine squats with a lift at the top and then two sessions on the glider with a pull-up assist band for resistance. The first session was an hour and the second was 30 minutes. In life it’s not about how you feel it’s about the discipline and the drive to get it done. #BeDisciplined #BeDriven #BeDetermined
