Good evening fit fam. Friday freestyle number 73 for my final lunch escape of the week. An unscripted go at some of my favorites. A last chance muscle tune for the weekend. Hard to believe I've been doing this Friday freestyle thing for nearly a year and a half. Time flies when you're chasing gains! Did: 4 sets of Hammer Strength incline leverage press, 4 sets of Hammer Strength behind the neck leverage press, 4 sets of WG pull-downs, 4 sets of seated cable rows, 4 sets of high pulley rows to chest, 4 sets of machine preacher curls, 4 sets of overhead triceps rope extensions (low and leaning forward), 100 weighted bench crunches and one 40 second dragon flag hold. Happy numbers for today were: 170 lbs x 10 on the seated cable rows and the high pulley rows to chest. 122.5 lbs x 10 on the rope extensions matches my best. DOMS on top of DOMS! Stick a fork in me now I'm done! Hope that everyone had a great week. Pool party returns to Tampa tomorrow. Have a great weekend everyone! Bob
