I prefer to not use a program and just focus on split training but I don't see an easy way to track workouts by doing it that way. Any suggestions?

Sunday, 11 AM to 1 PM, in order: smith machine squats wide stance, 4x15; smith machine feet together 4x15 (glutes had no prior warning because this stance singles out their gelatinous state LOL); inverse leg press 4x15; DB (2) stiff-leg ‘dead lifts’ 4x15; lying leg curl (4x15); leg press 4x15x657 pounds; sumo kettlebell squats 4x15; closer sissy squats on sissy bench clutching 25 lb plate. Dusted and Done. (Synopsis: 8 leg).#
