More recovery timeâ¦
Spent the morning arguing with my Physicianâs Assistant (Surgeon) about my recovery. I have another infection, this time from my body rejecting the internal stitches. They are now coming up through the incision. I want to scream. I have to wait another week with antibiotics, see a wound specialist, then maybe go to physical therapy. ð still limited weight bearing and they want me to stay out of the gym for now⦠ð itâs been 38 days since Iâve had a decent workout. I am losing my motivation. Itâs such a struggle to eat right when I canât take aggression out on the weights. So after my appt I took my kids to the park and met a friend to vent lol⦠anyways.
