Good morning. Another chilly day here in sunny Manitoba...well, its still dark but... This trying to reduce my debt load is not going as well as I thought it would...nothing ever does though. As with our training, sometimes we run into roadblocks.

Yester was the first workout first a abs circle then chest and triceps Monday was a bad day becaus my second sister pst away and the funeral was very hard for me to lost th secound of my 6 sister all younger then i. So sport gym time is for me like medicine es in this time Today is perhaps back biceps time or a card time spinbike im not completely sure
