Sorry I've been so quiet lately. I'm just healing and trying to do my gains thing which is basically lot's of eating and sleeping. Frankly I'm going a little stir crazy. I can't workout without risking extreme muscle fatigue. I've been going for occasional walks on the peer practing with my bo staff but I can't do much of that without risking more muscle fatigue or burning off precious calories for gaining with too much cardio. That pretty much leaves stretching, eating and sleeping. Not much to report. Seems like middle age is all about the long hard road when it comes to healing now. I'm used to healing practically overnight. Not anymore..
