I've always created my own workout routines/programs (unless I was working with a coach) cuz I enjoy it and I know what my body best responds to. I'm trying to make this program/app work for me so I swapped out a few useless exercises for ones that I miss and make me feel good. Let's finish this week strong💪🏼💯🍕
