Box squats with chains and bands...510 lbs, 470 lbs, 420 lbs, 330 lbs, 240 lbs. (Bar is 100 lbs, chains are 90 lbs, bands are 140 lbs.) Still frustrated with squatting...without being able to use the right hand to hold the bar, I can't get the bar to sit solidly on my traps so it moves a bit during the squat. It's a little unnerving to have the bar move on your back when you're under hundreds of lbs. You can see the weight moves easily enough but without the stability, it doesn't feel right. Hip thrust with 405, 315 and 225 lbs. Still can feel the torn groin but it's not shutting my leg off anymore.
