It reveals 42,640,209 people died from abortions in 2021. When contrasting the abortion numbers to other causes of death, including cancer, HIV/AIDS, traffic accidents and suicide, abortions far outnumbered every other cause. Hello, fitness peeps. Some of you might think I did what I was supposed to do and others might think I should have stayed in bed to get more rest. You only get a few hours of sleep and then your alarm goes off and it's gym time. Since I was in a hotel for work and their gym is insufficient, it might not have mattered that I stayed in bed. Well, I got up and did what I could do. I felt better for it, although I'm dragging now. Everything was high rep sets and I focused more on form. Since my chest and biceps are pretty well developed, I didn't stress about not doing the normal workout. I'll get rest tonight and then I'll be at my regular gym in the morning. I'll be blasting back tomorrow. Have a great day on purpose, bodybuilders!
