We had such a beautiful day in Central California, that I decided to enjoy it ... no gym. I finally got the Christmas tree up (with the help of my daughter!) However ... I got my 22s for our Vets and those suffering from PTSD and depression. Ya know ... When I see the sun out (and it was windy, too, giving us a pretty clear day ... One without fog), it reminds me of how lucky I am to experience this life. For those of you who are having some challenges, always reach out to someone ... Sometimes a nice "hi" will do you good! . Do a set for the cause, would ya?!

On Saturdays we wear pink. 😁 Had a great lift tonight, then a bit of max incline walking. Still trying to figure out the best cardio for me that dosen't aggravate my IT band/hip. Enjoy your weekend fitfam!

Workout felt awesome. Trying to get my shìt together with tracking. Anyone use JEFIT to track workouts? I create my own routines and a few exercises I had to customize. Not sure if I entered my weight & reps in correctly😬 If I'm using 10lb DBs do I enter 10lbs or 20lbs? For unilateral exercises..I do 20 reps each side..do I enter 20 or 40?🤷‍♀️🤯 #trackingainteasy
