Watch broke again, took it as a sign to just take some time off. Now I’ve got that “I need to train” itch. Made a 24 week plan to build my endurance & make me a better/faster/stronger runner. It’s a continuous journey & the direction is always forward, Newton’s Law Muthafcuker!!!
