You havent trained hard until you’ve trained with someone that trains hard. I never let anyone out train me in the gym. I take that sh*t to heart. Today I could have easily chose to stay home. I’m tired, sick, exhausted, and my body feels weak but these are the days that define my “why.” Training on the days you feel good is easy, but do you train on the days when you don’t feel like it? How disciplined are you? You’re only as strong as your mind is. You’re the only one in the way of your goals, so go get them.

Whats good fit fam. Happy Flex Friday! Not going to lie, I was going to relax today with no workout but then I remembered how much pie I ate yesterday. Haha told myself, “naw brother, get your a$$ in the garage.” Today focused on back, biceps, and abs. Ended with 15 min stairmaster and 10 min jump rope. Hope everyone is having a wonderful day.
