Yoga today to stretch out the week’s tired muscles, and to help balance the monkey mind. Now off to work where we will have a beautiful sunset, a couple wed in marital bliss, and hopefully nobody puking off the back deck by the open bar. Happy froggy Saturday everyone!

Legs & core today: deadlifts front squats Bulgarian split squat drop sets of death sissy squats one-leg hamstring stability ball curls hanging knees to elbows hanging oblique crunches frog crunches Every so often I check my form with video. I notice I can't seem to keep myself from looking up at mirrors. Maybe I need to remove the mirrors. 😂
