Ahh a sigh of relief- Just 52K tomorrow to make 7 Mil. I was hoping to get to 150K today but got some added lbs. So much going on that had to dig in and concentrate. You know the feeling. Shift your focus 100% on lifting and don't worry about anything else. Make it a great Tall Tuesday FitFam.
