Wish i could say the last week i stayed disciplined and focused.. but not at all! Went all out on junk food and with the lockdown and snowy weather i just camped out. In the past, id of beaten myself up for this but i understand I'm human and not perfect. I enjoyed my cheat week but I'm really looking forward to being more disciplined this upcoming and final week of lockdown. Cant wait to get back in the gym!

Photo dump from the last couple of days. Instead of yoga I Decided to do BODi burn instead of yoga.. Got bad news thurday and just feel horrible so it was a Therapy session for me. Might do another one later. Happy Saturday fitfam stay strong! ❤️❤️💪
