Happy SundayFunday!!! The thought for the day is if you want it, it’s out there go get. I’m definitely talking to myself the last few days. I have wanted a personal goal as much as I want this goal for me since I competed for Deputy Chief on the PD in 2004. The workout today was 40 minutes of cardio with pull-up assist bands, 15 sets of squats, 500 sissy squats, a 35 minute wall squat, 15 sets of pushups and pull-ups, 500 reps of banded chest reps, 500 reps of banded back, shoulders front, side and rear. #OnTheRoadTo60 #7DaysTo60 #DadBod #GoGetIt
