Happy TerrificTuesday!!! The thought for the day is with everything going on in the world today we are not all in the same boat but we all are either in the midst of a storm, coming out of a storm or heading into a storm. Be kind!!! The workout today was 45 minutes on the elliptical with the resistance at 20 and 25 minutes of land mine squats with a lift at the top.
