These are the exercises that I do now. Doing 1 – 2 sets, 3 – 5 times a week. A person can modify them or progress them as needed. If a person has a question on how to do this. They should hire a personal trainer for at least 1 or 2 sessions, after receiving the okay to exercise by their doctor. Body-weight squats, 5 – 10 reps Wall push-ups, 10 – 15 reps Push-ups, 10 – 15 reps Pull-ups, 5 – 10 reps One-legged bridging, 10 reps Sit-ups, 10 reps Planks, 30 sec Side planks, haven’t done these in a while but may add them back in. I sometimes increase the reps according to how I feel and how much time I have. Now that the gyms are open again. I get a workout there as well. Lord willing going to attempt to get 2 at the gym
