Tough leg day, but got through it. Decided to go high reps today and power through. Today is my final day of 14 days straight at work and it can't get over fast enough. Ready to have 4 days off.

08/18 - shoulders and traps Day 2 of executing movements in a new way. Should be challenging. Cable pullbacks Dumbbell and cable front raises Cable and dumbbell laterals Overhead presses Smith machine shrugs. The tension created in this exercise was high and my traps will be sore to touch.
