I spent about 3 months fasting and cleaning up my diet and life style in turn. I dropped roughly 40 pounds. Much of it was muscle but all of that 40 was fat. I had none left! It was good to see a six pack again and my joints had finally stopped hurting enough to start putting together my bulking plan, which had better keep the six pack i worked for! I got exposed to heavy resistance training through bands and it’s had a profound effect on my quality of life. My joints don’t hurt near as much as they did. I’m getting my muscles back but now i can still see my ribs and my waist! Loving it. One of the side effects of using the bands is a constant teasing of my stabilizers, compounding the muscle growth and increasing my over all athleticism. I’m really enjoying this new body. I can’t wait for my next workout.

It has been a really bad week and I needed some iron therapy. It actually helped and I do feel better but right now I’m having some wine therapy. That helps even more🍷🤣
