Swapped out Leverage Incline Bench Press today for Leverage Wide-grip Bench Press. Due to getting rid of incline on the first exercise we changed dumbbell flyes to incline instead of flat. All in all it was a pretty good workout maintaining my weight increases from Sunday. Next Push day I will have to increase weight on a few exercises. Now to hurry up and get ready for work to drive in this very dense fog.
