Today's workout was not fun. regardless of the way I felt, I brought my gear to workout after my shift. No music, just pushing weights alone with my thoughts. My pace was too slow, lollygagging. -- But, got it done. Stay safe amigos.

Been working 12 hr shifts so I have to sneak in my protein every 3 hours with my, "bathroom breaks." I will have my chicken one way or another!! Breakin' the law, Breakin' the Law!

6-mile trail run. Didn't bother to track time. Had to stop to take a few phone calls. Trying to deal with a family emergency from 2,000 miles away. This was more of a "coping" run than a purposeful workout.
