One arm pulldowns DB Incline Rows Barbell Curls Buddy Curls(Me vs Training Partner) Low Hammer Rows Behind the neck pulldowns Concentration Curls Cable Rows 2x cardio(morning & afternoon) Pull session was to the point. Down from 46 waist to a 40 waist. Gotta get down to a 32 waist before long. Lets go!!
