Its the consistency muscle i am trying to build. january is almost over i have only missed 2 designated gym days…. I Watch the Cardio Increase watched the lifting forms get tighter EVEN THOUGH THE SCALE DIDNT CHANGE. Next month we work on eating habits . . . I may do a food challenge simply for the discipline aspect. March we start our outside HIIT routines the excitement is real. I want a year truely focused on health. No more Aesthetic chasing.
