Over the weekend I skipped my 60 stair master session and went up 3 pounds. It’s even more real that missing workout sessions/cardio is not an option. It was also a little depressing because I’m in the gym almost every day busting my buns, and a few days off sent me backwards. Since I’m venting, my personal trainer said “you’re losing weight fast, it’s almost like your body just wants to go back to your old weight.” I’m thinking no! I’m doing full body strength training 5-6 days a week plus 60mins of cardio daily and watching carbs after 3. This is the result of hard work. Cheers!

Here’s a quick exercise for you to add to your walks or your jogs! The Straight-Arm Plank! It’s core dominant, but also uses muscles in the arms, upper and lower body. ✅ Engage your core! ❌ Don’t hunch your back! ❌ Don’t lower your hips! ❌ Don’t raise your butt! ❌ And definitely don’t hold your breath!
