Happy SundayFunday Part II. The old body felt good so 70 minutes on the elliptical. A full body workout using bands and weights, a 30 minute banded wall squat, banded squats on the squat rack, leg extensions and leg curls, lat pull downs and chest flys, then banded chest and back work, then banded shoulders.
