Happy Monday my BA FitFam! Nice work out there today! I didnt get to it today but I killed it this wknd. I mowed for 3 hours, about 2.5 acres I think, with a push mower on Sat. I didn't want to, but my riding mower is in the shop...so, I'm counting it. Sun I smashed a 40 min HIIT sesh. Today I am dang sore, so I'm taking one day to rest, and back on it tmro. Let's get after it this week! Stay classy fit beasts!
