Late post but got the workout in earlier. The leg press attachment for this home gym is hoong tontake some getting used to. Felt good to get a solid leg day in though.

my trainers of almost 2 years flipped a switch on me. 1st time helping a friend with some workouts at his gym and he accused me of training her even said he could sue. I am not a trainer and was just helping her out. just upsetting cause i didn't expect his very u professional rude approach. when i confronted him he made me fill out form to longer be a part of the gym. My results where made there. Maybe it was really time for me to be elsewhere. 1st week no trainer just me. i got alot of plans and meals and i will always continue to work hard.
