Man its been hard statting from scratch all over again, hard to look in the mirror and be okay with what i see, retraining my muscles and trying to find that same hunger that kept me so strict and unwavering!!! One day at a time…. So grateful for the posts of everyone to kick my a$$!!! I will post a pic of my starting ground when I am less ashamed 😔
