Skipped a few days of working in the gum but am making up for it as we go. I have felt great these past couple of weeks. Still have some minor back pain but in spite of it I am pushing as hard as the body will allow. Feel good, appear in the mirror to me to look good so thatnis even better. Haven’t stepped on yhe acale in a while but i aint worried about it.
