When I’m stressed, I cook and bake 🙃those are protein muffins. Delish!! Almond flour , bananas and apple. So delish😉

I know it’s a lot of carbs and protein but I am a specialist in sports nutrition and I know everyone works different that’s why there’s so many diets today yes they work but not for everyone. Everybody is different and I worked out today and had way more energy and felt better than any other day. My body works great when fueled by carbs
