I finished phase 1 of this post-pregnancy program but I'm choosing to do it over again as I don't feel like my body is ready to move onto phase 2. For now I will live vicariously through all of you who are lifting like beasts. Get it! 💪🏼💯🍕

The gyms are closed in Vancouver indefinitely. Cinemas are open and concerts but no gyms. I'm so disappointed with these mandates.
