Hey fam, I’m after some good advice on starting my first cut. I’ve been working out now for about 6 months, have put on a fair bit of size, and need to drop about 20kg of fat. I’m male, 36, 179cm and about 105kg, but dont want to lose any gains. Note sure where to start? Thanks in advance 😊
