So leg day 1 slayed and remembered to take video for da coach 🙌. Squats 70kg/155lb, split squats 40kg/89lb, single-leg leg curl 35kg/77lb leg extensions 70kg/155lb and RDLs 22kg/48lb dumbbells 😁😈. Chucked in some inner/outta thigh at 89kg/197lb..not done these for a bit.... Now long commute home, then cook some food.. Minxy 😈🐾🇬🇧
