04/13 - Cardio and back. Started with 4 sets of cable pulldowns and seated cable rows. Moved on to hammer strength pulldowns and dumbbell rows x 4 sets ea. Next was eagle pulldowns x 4 and hammer strength rows x 3 and straight arm pushdowns for the final 3 sets.

Morning All! Coffee and a fav to start the day! Woke up feeling some kind of way... haven’t devided if good or bad. Maybe just tired still. Sleep is not my friend most nights. Hard to believe I am sure, but I stay pretty wound up 🤣. These wheels constantly turning ! Someone suggested it is the copious amounts of coffee I consume... IDIOT 😂😂. Have a great Tuesday! Mine is yet to be determined... depends on what BULL💩 they throw my way at school today... 😇
