eeling a change, gonna give the keto a little break. New plan starting tomorrow 9.30am -hard boiled Eggs - 400 cals 12.30 - Beef / chicken stir fry 500 cals 5.30pm - Beef / Chicken stiry fry or something else with a similar calorie count - 500 cals 8pm - 100gram greekstyle fat free yogurt
