Good evening fit fam. Freestyle Friday number 32 for my final lunch escape. No real plan. Doing what captured my interest at any given moment. A final full body tune to end the week. Did: 4 sets of Hammer Strength behind the neck press, 4 sets of monkey rows, 4 sets of WG pull-downs, 4 sets of high pulley rows to chest, 4 sets of cable crossovers, 4 sets of pec flies on the pec deck (the one where you squeeze with your forearms), 4 sets of standing straight bar curls, 4 sets of overhead triceps rope extensions (low and leaning forward), 100 weighted side crunches and 100 lying leg raises (alternating between high and low). No huge weights. Just concentrating on that mind/muscle connection. DOMS collection is complete! Have an awesome weekend everyone! Bob
