Man, when I left work I only had 3k steps. While I dont really fixate or obsess on the count anymore, I do stick to an at least 10k goal per day (except on Mondays aka rest day). I used to be psychotic with my steps...stepping in place for hours to win my competitions. For what? Competition has its place (generally I avoid because I know myself). Realistic goals with a purpose...a focus on healthy body, mind, and soul. Yup.
