Well worst blue man in a wiile. But three graduations and a huge graduation party. Still managed to loose body fat over this week, so jot a complete waist. Two days under 200, thats a win. Now this week started off with a mean chest and abs. Have a great week !

Peaceful rising!...great am for us!...watered my garden ate 3 rice cakes w pb n honey before my high volume heavy leg day...surprised myself w my strength...mod weight..5 sets x 20 reps...extra set til failure...standing ham curls...leg ext...single leg rdls..straight bar deads at 60lbs!!!...the Marine was proud!!!ð...lots of work in the yard today so...gonna be a long one!

Happy MuscleMonday! The thought for the day is failure is not permanent unless you quit. Failure if used to learn correctly is part of the journey toward success and reaching your goals. The workout today was active recovery cardio on the exercise bike for 50 minutes.
