01/27 - Cardio, shoulders and traps Went with single arm cross body pulls for my rear delts and bentover dumbbell raises x 3 Then chest supported dumbbell laterals and single arm cable laterals x 3. After that was 7 sets of overhead smith machine presses. Finished shoulders with 3 sets of dumbbell front raises and cable front raises with long ropes handles. Traps trained with 6 sets of dumbbell shrugs.
