Vids on IG... Raw bench w/ 90 lbs chains up to 335 lbs. Felt strong, plan was to go up to 365 but once again, popped my right pec🤬. 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬I might be done with raw bench press...on the way down with 345 and pop goes the pec, again! Any time I get up around 300+, **** gets iffy. Every time I start feeling strong and get up near 365, this ******* right side pec/shoulder goes to hell. Torn pec back 15+ years ago and repaired rotator in 2014...now this ******* thing is always a problem. Thinking at this point I'm just gonna stick with bench bands for heavy work. High cable rope tricep extensions up to 70 lbs for high reps. Laterals up to 40's for sets of 15.
