Leggies were put through there paces today, V-Squat killed lol but we got it done. Chucked in some lat pull-down with the mag bar.... feels nice using that (local gym needs to get one). Now trying to switch off - been a crazy week work wise but on leave tomorrow 😁 Phoenix 😈🐾🇬🇧

While I'm frustrated at this latest plateau, I hear that losing the last 20-ish lbs is the hardest. So I keep workin' it, while looking forward to maintenance (which I'm awesome at!), bulking (?!) and a new wardrobe. Sigh... <3
