I was listening to Dylanâs âThe Groomâs Still Waiting at the Altarâ on my way home from work. He has always had good lines, but that one completely captures where we are in 2022 when he sings, âI see people who are supposed to know better standinâ around like furniture.â Insanity is taking over, and we are doing nothing to stop it. We are punished if we try to. I am just disgusted right now.

Got in a mid- day w/o a mix of âeverythingâ..Worked out in yard on some projects from about 7a came in for lunch.. well nap attack happened.. the the w/o and then back out in yard and bbqâ ing till 930p⦠practicing for tomorrow.. a trial run as it were..we have a few friends coming over tomorrow eve.. doing some Chuck Roasts slow smoked like a brisket and also âpoor mansâ burnt ends⦠and well have never done it before.. so long story long⦠had to pre-try the cookâ¦(and its a new pit)⦠well i smoked burgers on it wed niteâ¦hope every good in a good one..we dont do bread on our burgers⦠mine has a baked sweet potato as a base.. i will never grill a burger again⦠smoking is the way to go.

Today's rest day cardio... 20 minutes of hit cardio then 70 minutes of intense interval elliptical... not down time now it's time to suffer!!
