I have been teaching classes at my gym since January on Mondays and Wednesdays at 10:30 AM. It has been impacting my strength workouts (allowing me to do Tu, Th and Fr, albeit not consistently). Well, I am switching to 6 AM classes in November. That means i get to go back to lifting 5 days a week (alright, probably more like 4). I cant freaking wait!!!!
