Happy TerrificTuesday!!! The thought for the day is amazing things begin to happen in our lives when ww distance ourselves from negativity and negative people. Positive People Only!!! The workout today was HIIT cardio on the glider and land mine squats with a lift at the top. Those lead to an amazing workout. Have a positivly positive day.

Couldn't do legs yesterday so this morning was the only time that I train. 4 sets of each barbell exercise and 3 sets for the dumbbell calf raise and the machines too. Noticed some difference of my quads, calves, and hamstrings too.
