Happy StrongSaturday!!! The thought for the day is that most of our stress in life comes from how we respond to what happens. It’s not so much what happens in life as it is how you respond. If you get knocked down fall forward and get up ahead of where you started. Today I weighed in at 232 lbs which is 80 lbs more than my lowest weight as an adult when I got sick and tired of being sick and tired and changed my thinking and restarted my commitment to fitness. The workout today will be HIIT cardio and a full body lift. Getting a late start on the workout but sometimes you have to be there for the people who are important to YOU. Fall Forward.

Well i know lately fasting hasnt worked for me so im going to practice discipline for fasting and do wet fast this weekend i really want to get this couple pounds off and be 200 this month. So im giving fasting a try with this omad diet. Hurt my back the other day working out having done anything for four days...feeling better today but gonna just rest this weekend and hit it again monday. Happy weekend fitfam. May everyone reach there goals this month.
